چکیده In this paper, we propose a designed selective emitter made up of tungsten with a nearly flat configuration. The emitter is designed to be used for a thermophotovoltaic cell with the bandgap of 0.7 ev. The optical response of the structure is studied up the wavelength 3 um. The efficiency of the structure, together with the output power density delivered to the photocell at the interested temperatures are calculated.
