چکیده :
Due to the country's need for non-fossil electricity producing sources in the future, from an environmental point of view, the reduction of fossil sources, economic, etc., the development of renewable electricity is an issue that should be considered from now on. The prospect of using renewable energy in our country is also very important, like in other developed countries, and the development of using renewable energy can play a significant role in increasing the security level of the country's energy system. The government has made the necessary planning in the fifth development plan, therefore, according to global policies, the development of these energies in our country will be inevitable in order to solve problems and create employment, and in order to achieve this goal, appropriate policies for the development of electricity production and use are necessary. Renewable should be adopted in the long term. Renewable energy technologies, particularly solar and wind energy technologies, have experienced rapid cost reductions over the past two decades. Several studies claim that renewable energy sources are cost-effective with fossil fuel technologies based on levelized electricity costs, which is the most common indicator used to compare the cost competitiveness of electricity generation technologies. However, there is no consensus due to the wide variation in factors affecting this issue in countries and technologies. Various factors affect the cost of electricity generation among technologies. However, comparing the costs and conditions of electricity production between renewable sources and fossil fuels in the last two decades shows their competitiveness.
