Insights and Research Trends of Dust and Cleaning in Solar Energy: A Bibliometric Review Study

چکیده :
As photovoltaic systems become more popular around the world to harness solar energy, gaining the highest output behavior and efficiency from these systems becomes more important. The current study tried to find out the relationship and trends between solar photovoltaic systems, and dust accumulation as one of their prominent challenges, as well as cleaning methods as the solution. A bibliometric analysis was done to illustrate diagrams and explain the connection between dust accumulations and cleaning methods. The Scopus database was selected for the selection, review, and analysis of 166 articles. Additionally, the current work highlights leading countries in this field. The United States, Spain, India, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia emerge as the top five contributors with the highest number of articles regarding dust accumulation and cleaning research. Furthermore, the document systematically organizes and interprets the distribution of research documents based on subject areas, providing readers with a clear overview of the research landscape. By examining the intricate relationship between dust and PV panels and showcasing research trends across different subject areas. The current work aims to shed light on the research trends and challenges regarding the cleaning of photovoltaic panels through bibliometric review analysis.
