Yes.
Are the fees for Persian and English papers the same?
Yes.
Are there page limitations for submitted papers in English?
Yes. An English paper must be submitted in a maximum of 6 pages.
If a paper is accepted, will the certificate for orally presented papers be different from poster papers?
No. The presentation certificates are the same, and there is no difference in quality between oral and poster presentations.
Will poster papers also be published in the conference proceedings?
Yes. They will be published in the conference proceedings.
Is early review of papers (before the announced review results date) possible?
No. The review results will be announced on the date specified in the system after the final meeting of the review committee is held.
Is it possible to participate in the conference virtually?
According to the decision of the conference organizing committee, in order to further develop relationships and networking—which are among the main objectives of scientific conferences—the conference will be held in person. Virtual participation is only available for papers whose all authors are located outside the country.
