Papers exceeding the maximum length of five pages will be subject to an over-length charge of 20$ per additional page (a maximum of two pages can be added).
In order for a paper to be published, at least one of the authors from each paper must pay the registration fee and attend the conference to present the paper.
According to the trilateral agreement signed between the IEEE sections of Iran, Turkey, and the UAE, the registration fee for participants from Turkey and the UAE will be calculated at the domestic rate (in Rials).
