Optimal Placement and Sizing of the Charge Level of Electric Vehicles Parking Lot and Distributed Generations

چکیده :
By introducing electric vehicles and considering some parking lots for their charging in distribution network, significant load will be added on the network and as a result, there will be a corresponding increase in losses. So, determining the place of these parking lots in distribution network and the amount of rechargeable load allowed for each one can be somewhat effective in reducing losses. In this paper, a bus is selected among four bus considered as the optimal place to find the optimal location for charging electric vehicles parking lots. However, teaching learning based optimization (TLBO algorithm) with various constraints in 69-bus distribution network is used for optimization process. Allocation and Determining the amount of parking lot and distributed generation unit have aimed to minimize the losses of distribution feeder lines and increase system reliability. It should be noted that the index of expected energy not supplied has been included to consider the system reliability and finally, these two objective functions became linear through proper coefficients and have been solved in a single objective function. Based on the simulation results obtained from the presented method, reliability is increased and loss rate for three levels of low-load, medium-load and high-load is decreased significantly than non-optimized mode by 27, 21 and 19 percent, respectively, which indicates the effectiveness of TLBO approach suggested here.
