چکیده :
This research aims to construct a high-voltage boost DC-DC converter using the interleaved technique with coupled inductors and voltage multiplier cells such as switch capacitors. The presence of capacitors increases the voltage gain, which leads to a decrease in the switches' voltage stress. The voltage of the switches is significantly lower than the output voltage. It makes it possible to use MOSFET switches with a lower voltage rate, which, in addition to cost reduction, leads to decreased conduction losses. Also, due to the presence of coupled inductors, the decreasing current of the diodes is controlled through leakage inductances. In this case, zero-current switching is established when the diodes are turned off, which increases efficiency. In this article, The stability of the suggested converter has been assessed and verified. Also, this converter has the feature of a symmetrical input current and common ground between input and output. With an input of 20V and a voltage gain of 26.6, the output voltage is 533V, resulting in a power of 320W. Moreover, the calculated equations are proven through simulation.
