چکیده :
The adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) is growing worldwide, accompanied by an increasing consumer willingness to purchase them. EVs also produce significantly less pollution, which motivates governments to promote their adoption through imports and procurement policies. However, the integration of EVs into transportation fleets presents a critical challenge: the need for adequate charging infrastructure. Identifying suitable locations for EV charging stations, especially in densely populated cities. Additionally, as the number of EVs rises, the electrical grid must adapt to meet the growing demand for charging. Incorporating renewable energy sources, such as solar panels, offers a promising solution. This study explores the potential of installing solar power plants on the rooftops of fuel stations, focusing on three scenarios identified and selected using machine learning algorithms. Simulations of these solar installations were conducted using PVsyst software. The results reveal that utilizing fuel station rooftops for solar power generation significantly contributes electricity to the grid. This approach not only supports EV charging needs but also demonstrates the efficient dual-purpose use of fuel stations for renewable energy production and EV infrastructure.
