چکیده :
This paper introduced a DC-DC converter with an interleaved two-phase technique. This converter includes switched-capacitor (SC), coupled inductors (CIs), and built-in transformers (BITs) to increase voltage gain and design flexibility while also reducing input current ripple. These two techniques can reduce voltage stress on switches and allow for lower voltage selection, ultimately reducing conduction losses. Snubber circuits have been utilized to dissipate the power stored in leakage inductances. Also, the problem of reverse recovery of diodes with the help of leakage inductances has been solved to a great extent. Operational modes, An analysis of steady states, and a comparison of the suggested converter have been Completed; eventually, A simulation was conducted on a converter with a 200W power output, 30 voltage gain, and 456V output. The simulation results have confirmed the theoretical relationships.
