A Control Scheme Incorporating Decoupled Double Self Tuning Filter and Virtual Synchronous Generator to Improve the Unbalanced Voltage in Islanded Microgrids

چکیده :
Abstract— During the past decade, virtual synchronous generator (VSG) is introduced as an effective solution to increase virtual inertial of converter interfaced renewable energy sources. Regardless of the impressive execution of VSGs under balanced conditions, they lack the flexibility required to mitigate unbalanced components. This paper proposes a controller scheme for voltage enhancement in islanded microgrid with unbalanced load. The proposed controller which is augmented on the decoupled double self-tuning filter (DDSTF) and VSG approach, the undesirable fluctuations are greatly suppressed by decoupling the positive and negative components in dq framework. Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the DDSTF-VSG based controller scheme.
